Project Requirements

Industrial leak detection is doing airtight leak tests on products after you finish sealing welding points, bonding points, and rubber rings, with the purpose of no leak from the product. In order to ensure that the product meets the specific requirements for airtightness, clients usually use bubble test, pneumatic leak detector, helium leak detector, water-press testing machine and Oil pressure tester etc. for leak tests under different pressures.

The leak detection of batch industrial products is closely related to connection, because you don't know where there is a leakage by adopting most leak detection solutions. Eventually the leakage of the connection is been judged as product leakage by the system.There is a great challenge to connect to a range of engines, which come with complicated connections such as treads, nozzles, special-shaped nozzles, seal plate etc. and even some casting parts, plastic parts etc. Even unknown leakage will result in misjudgment during the leak detection process. It's hard for us to find out where is the leakage, and we'll need spending much time in rework and leak detection. According to an engine manufactuer's statistics, it may be a great loss as much as tens of millions of RMB due to poor connections.

We provide fast and reliable quick sealing joints for industrial leak detection testing of customers in industries such as engine/new energy three electric testing/air conditioning components/water heater components/auto parts/valve fittings/medical equipment, through Gripseal's core sealing technology, the connection It's just sealed. For various nozzles, we provide the following quick sealing joints, which do not require raw tape, tightening, clamping or complicated non-standard fixtures, and can quickly and reliably seal.

Internal and external threaded connectors

G80 or G80S series of female connectors has a variety of neck versions, which can meet requirements of M10 or M12 internal thread spec, achieve the thread connection in one second. We can offer aluminium alloy G80 connectors for some engine cooling ports, which are with large threaded nozzles. G80P series pneumatic femail thread can be used in some automatic female thread applications, to fulfill the automatical test.

Flanged pipe/inlet connectors

可The G70 flanged pipe connector can be used in both water and air leak detection. If only for air leak detection, G35 pipe hole connector will be a better choice. G25 pipe hole connector can be used in low-pressure testing. G10 or G10Pro pneumatic outer tube connectors can be used in automatic connection.

J2044 male port

G70J special-shaped tube connector can be used in both water or oil leak detection. It can even be used in air tight leak detection. G70J features in quick connection, reliable sealing, and convenient maintenance. The Shut-off valve version G70J-V is another testing tool to prevent internal fuel or water leakage.

Quick connectors for air inlet and outlet

G25 connector is recommanded to used in the larger air inlet and outlet test, pipe fittings, or the low pressure test. G35 connector's inner daimeter can be up to 80mm, so it can be used in larger diameter pipe test or higher pressure test.

Straight pipe or inner hole connectors

When the conventional pressure is below 8 bar, we can use G10/G15 quick connector which is suitable for automation connections test in most instances. We have enough stock to meet the needs of fast delivery. We can customize various size of connector port and thread according to the requirements.
