Project Introduction
GripSeal tailor-made quick connector for industrial leak tests provides rapid sealing coonection service for customers in various industries. There is huge demand for airtight leak detection in auto parts / new energy vehicles, household electric water heaters, instruments and apparatus, valve fittings and so on. From bubble leak detection, air pressure leak detection to helium gas leak detection, water pressure leak detection or oil pressure leak detection, etc.,we’ll face great challenge in rapid sealing connection to treads, nozzles and special-shaped nozzles. Bad sealing will result in lots of misjudge, rework, tedious leak inspection during industrial leak tests. The potential rework and damage are a great loss.
Nowadays,GripSeal specilizes in reliable quick connectors with rapid sealing connection design, which allows you to grad and seal easily. We’re commited to improving industrial leak test effciency for our clients.

Project Requirements
Industrial leak detection is doing airtight leak tests on products after you finish sealing welding points, bonding points, and rubber rings, with the purpose of no leak from the product. In order to ensure that the product meets the specific requirements for airtightness, clients usually use bubble test, pneumatic leak detector, helium leak detector, water-press testing machine and Oil pressure tester etc. for leak tests under different pressures.
The leak detection of batch industrial products is closely related to connection, because you don’t know where there is a leakage by adopting most leak detection solutions. Eventually the leakage of the connection is been judged as product leakage by the system. There is a great challenge to connect to a range of engines, which come with complicated connections such as treads, nozzles, special-shaped nozzles, seal plate etc. and even some casting parts, plastic parts etc. Even unknown leakage will result in misjudgment during the leak detection process. It’s hard for us to find out where is the leakage, and we’ll need spending much time in rework and leak detection. According to an engine manufactuer’s statistics, it may be a great loss as much as tens of millions of RMB due to poor connections.

Need to find a quick connection and a reliable seal under high water pressure and large position error solution?
Scheme description
For R1/2, R3/4, American NPT internal thread, you can choose G80 female connector to do water pressure or airtight leak testing for some radiators, it only takes one second to reach the sealed connection, and can withstand pressure more than 200bar.
For some G1/2, G3/4 male threads or R1/2 R3/4 male threads, you can choose the series of G60 (G60C) Gripseal water heater connectors for testing, which have the industry's largest flow aperture and will not become a bottleneck in the connection position. The new G60C has an optimized design to reduce the impact of limescale and make it more convenient.
G85V series can be used to test the whole machine, the pressure can reach 20bar, which is very stable and durable, safe and reliable. The use of pneumatically driven clamping will greatly reduce the labour intensity, and reduce injury on the thread port.
G72 quick connector is designed for the flange mouth of the water tank, pneumatic operation, to meet the needs of quick clamping. Its pressure can reach 20bar. Using it for testing will greatly reduce labour intensity. The design of larger flow aperture, waterproof scale for G72 can meet the long-term testing job in mass production.
For the automatic testing on some valve bodies or connecting pipe fittings, G10/G15 can meet the requirement of non-destructive quick connection and fully automated testing. The new G10PRO/G15PRO comes with a sensor that intelligently determines whether it is connected to the position or not.
Gripseal quick connetors for home appliance water heater will liberate the testing from twining raw material tape, using screw plugs, which will greatly increase production efficiency. All quick connectors have been under the test of pressure resistance and air tightness, and have been verified by on-site testing for many years. So testers can use them in the production without worry.
