Description

G70 series are external connectors, which are widely applicable to various cooling-water tube, fuel pipes and other beaded pipes for leak testing, operation testing, aging testing, etc. Compact structure allows one-handed holding and easy to use, handheld and lightly pushed to accomplish the connection.

1. Sleeve actuated operation
Easy to operate, a gentle push to accomplish the threaded connection; the outer shell contains a mesh knurling, increasing handheld friction for easy operation

Note: For G70 connectors with 4-8 bodies, the beaded diameter of the sealed tubing is 2mm larger than the outer diameter of the straight tubing. For example, if the diameter of the sealed tubing of G70-200085 is 20mm, the beaded diameter is 22mm. The maximum pressure rated of standard products is 10Bar by default, please contact us for high pressure rated from 10 to 50Bar

Built-in shut-off valve for G70V connectors:

There is no difference in appearance between the G70V series connectors and the G70 series connectors. The V series is equipped with an internal shut-off valve that can withstand a maximum pressure of 50 bar. In case the connector is disconnected from the test piece, the built-in valve is closed, which prevents the leakage of substances inside the connector, such as helium or fluids. The internal structure and valve body are straight-through design, minimizing pressure and flow loss during testing. The internal structural parts are made of 316 stainless steel, and the seal is made of excellent corrosion-resistant Buna-N, which largely ensures the service life and versatility of the connector.
