It provides a fast and efficient way to connect various components for traditional gasoline engine hot/cold testing, diesel engine hot/cold testing, brake simulation testing, airtightness testing, gearbox operation testing, axle airtightness testing, carbon tube testing, high-pressure testing of fuel injectors and fuel rails, radiator, air conditioning, steering system, wipers, exhaust pipes, filters, coolers, pipeline fittings, water tanks, fuel tanks, and other functional testing, doubling the test efficiency.

Project Requirements
During the production process of automotive components, a large number of tests are required for various major components or the entire vehicle, including airtightness testing, performance testing, aging testing, etc. The testing workstations are usually very expensive, and the testing cycle is also very tight. However, the testing process requires the sealing and connection of various internal and external threads, fuel pipelines, water inlets and outlets, opposite interfaces and other connections, which consumes a lot of connection time and is labor-intensive. Moreover, there is a high probability of leakage, which is not easy to detect and can lead to many misjudgments, especially in cases where there are many connecting points, it can seriously affect production efficiency and make troubleshooting difficult. It may even lead to the scrapping of high-value products in batches, resulting in significant potential losses.

Scheme description
You can choose G80 or G80S short internal thread connectors, and there are various versions with extended necks, which can be provided. Whether it is M10 or M12 or other internal thread specifications, G80 can complete the threaded connection within one second and provide High sealing level, easy to operate. For some larger threaded nozzles, such as above M34, we also provide an aluminum alloy version of G80, which is used for the cooling ports of some engines.
G70 flanged pipe connectors can be selected, which can meet both water and airtight leak detection. If it is only for airtight leak detection, you can choose G35 pipe hole connector, which is light and durable. For low-voltage occasions, you can choose G25 pipe-hole connectors. There are many types in stock and economical. For automation, you can choose G10 or G10Pro pneumatic outer tube connector to meet the needs of automatic connection.
You can choose G70J special-shaped pipe connector, which can meet the needs of water/oil connection and air-tight leak detection, quick connection, reliable sealing and convenient maintenance. According to the situation, you can also choose the shut-off valve version G70J-V, which will automatically shut off when the connector is removed to prevent internal fuel or water leakage.
Facing the larger air inlet and outlet, or pipe fittings, you can choose G25 connector for low-pressure testing, and for larger pipe diameter or higher test pressure, you can choose G35 with large diameter (up to 80mm inner diameter), and it has the function of grasping.
You can choose G90J series J2044 quick connector, good design can meet the oil test, and after the test is completed, ventilate and blow out the internal fuel, and a built-in shut-off valve, when the joint is taken out, the fuel will be automatically closed.
G10/G15 pneumatic connectors can be used in special nozzles testing, such as casting with poor surface dimensions and tolerances. We can even design a special buckle for the connector to prevent falling off.
With the development of high-pressure fuel injection technology, the pressure in some fuel injection pumps and oil rails test can be up to 2000bar or even 3000bar, which poses a very big challenge to the connector. G60UHP and G60UHP3 series is an ultra-high pressure connector specially designed for this kind of applications. Its highest pressure can reach 3200bar, enought to meet the operation test of the fuel injection pump.
