Automation integrators, especially the automation testing of automotive components are currently on trend. As diverse customer component requirements, in addition to standard products, there are many custom-shaped pipe connections that need to be handled, occupying a large amount of project time. These connection and sealing details greatly affect the performance of the entire testing equipment, such as low connection efficiency, long testing cycles, high testing misjudgment, and short connector durability. If not handled these properly, it may affect the end customer's user experience, and even the acceptance of the entire project. Project cycles will be prolonged, and potential losses and risks are extremely high. Automation project manager still have some selection risks, many indirect purchases or communication-insufficient on connection requirements, if not select correctly, can also lead to losses due to the wrong model selection. Scheme description
When the conventional pressure is below 8 bar, we can use G10/G15 quick connector which is suitable for automation connections test in most instances. We have enough stock to meet the needs of fast delivery. We can customize various size of connector port and thread according to the requirements
G80 or G80S series of female connectors has a variety of neck versions, which can meet requirements of M10 or M12 internal thread spec, achieve the thread connection in one second. We can offer aluminium alloy G80 connectors for some engine cooling ports, which are with large threaded nozzles. G80P series pneumatic femail thread can be used in some automatic female thread applications, to fulfill the automatical test.
The G70 flanged pipe connector can be used in both water and air leak detection. If only for air leak detection, G35 pipe hole connector will be a better choice. G25 pipe hole connector can be used in low-pressure testing. G10 or G10Pro pneumatic outer tube connectors can be used in automatic connection.
G70J special-shaped tube connector can be used in both water or oil leak detection. It can even be used in air tight leak detection. G70J features in quick connection, reliable sealing, and convenient maintenance. The Shut-off valve version G70J-V is another testing tool to prevent internal fuel or water leakage.
We offer optimized non-drip Male and Femail conntors for automation integrators, which are durable for more than 100,000 plug and insert. We can even provide male and female mating board designs.
G25 connector is recommanded to used in the larger air inlet and outlet test, pipe fittings, or the low pressure test. G35 connector's inner daimeter can be up to 80mm, so it can be used in larger diameter pipe test or higher pressure test.
G10/G15 pneumatic connectors can be used in special nozzles testing, such as casting with poor surface dimensions and tolerances. We can even design a special buckle for the connector to prevent falling off.
With the development of high-pressure fuel injection technology, the pressure in some fuel injection pumps and oil rails test can be up to 2000bar or even 3000bar, which poses a very big challenge to the connector. G60UHP and G60UHP3 series is an ultra-high pressure connector specially designed for this kind of applications. Its highest pressure can reach 3200bar, enought to meet the operation test of the fuel injection pump.
